    I would hold off on using any Tren until you are in better shape. Actually I wouldn't recommend any AAS until you are at least under 15%. That is where your diet is going to come in to play. You need to really get that dialed in and get into better shape then consider a cycle. You also just finished a long cycle, so you really need to be off for about 3-4 months before starting anyways. This is the time you can take to lower that bodyfat
