    Hey man sure no problem yes I’ve used sarms for a good 3 years now as bridges between AAS cycles. They are minimally suppressive. I ran cardarine (20mg/day), Osta (25mg/day), LGD (10mg/day), and RAD140 (20mg/day) for 3 months.

    Pct was a short 4 weeks of clomid at 25mg/day and N2Generate from the sponsor needtobuildmuscle and had bloods pulled shortly thereafter and everything was perfect.

    In comparison I needed 7 weeks of pct with nolva, clomid, aromasim, and N2GenerateES (their stronger version) to recover from a 500mg/week test cycle.

    After that pct it still took a while to get back to normal.

    Sarms I didn’t even notice much suppression but to be safe ran the 4 weeks clomid with the n2generate.

    I have a thread with before and after pics too. If you are using Osta and adding S4, LGD, or Rad140 I wold do the mini pct of 4 weeks clomid at 25mg/day and n2generate but again real sarms will never shut you down like AAS.
