What bothers me most is when I am killing a workout and I need a piece of equipment that someone is on, no big deal usually I just got to my next workout and just come back, and they just sit there on the phone and do a set every 10 minutes. I just want to grab their phone and smash it!

I have always been able to push myself well beyond what I ever thought I could do. Lately it has been a lot harder to find the motivation needed to continue to push with have a kind of hectic life being in the military. What do you older gentlemen do to continue to push harder? I have goals but...
