he trains 4 days a week no cardio
he eats 500gm chicken breast pice,8 eggs and one protien shake after workout with 20gm protein
sleep is fine too he sleeps for 8-10 hours a day

he is 21, 154 pounds 5'10" and only 6-7% body fat
He always have same body fat no matter what he eat and it's hard to gain for him
he is being competitiing from last 3 years and winning
he looks better on stage than many guys who have done many cycles...
my friend want to do a cycle but he is afraid of big needle he is ok with insulin needle
