    I agree with CEO, in that when traveling its usually harder to get in an exact food/diet and workout schedule. I mean you can still eat clean, and get your workouts in, its just easier to not be tied into a regimen when on the road is all.

    Honestly I do not mind the whey for that reason, I would just prefer we do half whey and half casein, for satiety reasons, and then your pre and post workout meals will just be some fairly decent sized meals. I used to do pretty much the same thing actually years ago when I was in sales! :)
