Ritchie, that's not what I'm asking. Im asking would it benifit me. I've been off cycle including Perfect PCT for 3 months. I went from 163 to 180 and im back down to 176. I just want add something to give me a little extra boost.

Ancient Strength(N2BM) HCGen(N2BM) and MK-2866(Ostarine Sarms1). Depending on my diet could I benifet a lean bulk off this?

Ostarine is not suppressive at 25mg ED at 4 weeks. After 4 weeks it can cause minimal suppression. Using it in PCT at 25mg ED is what it is showed in study for best results. Stevesmi has showed it in one of his studys.

Feeling good today. Have plenty of energy. Slight headache but nothing serious. Chest day! All in all seems like a smooth transition!

Actually feeling good going into it. Energy level is down from what it was obviously but still hit bi's, tri's and upper back!

Today I'm starting the Perfect PCT. The only thing I'm not going with is the Cardarine. Test Cyp 250. I ran Test only cycle @ 350 a week for 16 weeks. I will try to log everyday if possible. Any input or help along the way is welcome!
I didn't think it would/should. Maybe its just in my head I'm coming off cycle. I did train bi's and Upper and lower back two days ago and may not have realized I done something to it!
