You need to turn yourself into a food by teaching your body to eat.start eating 5-6 meals a day start with a shake if that helps but work your way up to bigger and bigger meals if you want to do this it needs to become a permanent part of your lifestyle start small build up the bigger your meals...
Thanks muskate I reckon i will in the mean time I'll drop the gluten n replace with more porridge and rice maybee even some sweet potato ill drop the dairy till the gainers gone and add in some fruit and coconut oil.
