Yes, actually each egg has a little less than 1g. Although if you buy the omega 3 ones they have a little less even carbs.
Nuts are a notorious culprit for hiding carbs, usually around 10g per ounce. Which is only a small handful
When I am counting carbs, I dont eat anything that has over 2g. of carbs per serving. And yes you count every single carb. If you want to come in lean you have to do the work.
