First run should be test only. 500mgs a week will be sufficient but your gonna need an AI like adex or aromasin while your on. Save your nolva for pct. 12-14 weeks is good for your first cycle.
Enth for bulk, prop for cut. At the end of the day diet is going to dictate whether your cutting or bulking though. Stay away from compounds like deca if your trying to cut, to much bloat.
The gear may also have alot of BA in it which for some people including myself causes soreness and discomfort. quad shots a killer if is has alot of BA I remember one time I couldnt hardly walk for almost a week. It takes time but you should be feeling better soon.
In my experience you will never make gainz like your first run but the key is to keep trying to do more in your workouts and dialing in your diet and you will keep making progress. It takes time thats why its called bodybuilding.
Listen to everybody and wait man. My best friend started cycling at 19, hes 30 and is stuck on trt. He was forced to be on trt at the age of 27, please you dont want to make such a big mistake so young. Your body has so much potential to grow at your age.
