Just started a test e and EQ (Advance Pharma 500mg/ml) run. Running low doses of 300EQ and 200 test to see how it goes - first time on EQ.
Previous run was with low dose NPP and test e and had great results. I find that a dose of around 200-300mg per week of NPP or Deca works great for me...
Mine is only recent and it’s on the right hand side of the top of my left elbow. I have started to wear sleeves which have helped a lot with training, but when I wake up in the morning it’s sore to move. I was trying to avoid going to the physio, but I think I will just bite the bullet.
Has anyone had elbow issues, specifically on the outside of the elbow, which only hurts when I grip something with palms facing the body? What was your treatment? I’m about to start cycle again so wondering if I should hold off, or perhaps start on a lower does to assist with recovery.

I ran test C at 500 and NPP a between 210 and 280 per week and had a great cycle (my last cycle). The frequency of pinning NPP was a shit, but the cycle and recovery was spot on, keeping good strength and a lot of size. Strength went through the roof with very little water retention. Next time...
