Good point! I think as we get older TRT helps us stay in shape and keep our hard earned years of work we put in but as always it’s all about that diet and training. For me the best thing about TRT is the rock hard you know what. Just like when I was a teen.
If you want to recover the rule of thumb is 2x length off from cycle. You don't just complete a pct and hope right back on. You should complete proper pct along with a minimum of 6 months off.
