The best tip I have is PRECOOK! You're fridge should never have less than 1 precooked meal. I cook 10 complete meals at a time, which lasts me 2.5 days. This will make you 1000X less likely to cheat, and also makes counting MACROS 1000X easier.

You should be fine starting the S4 at 50mg a day, but if you notice some visual side effects you may want to reduce dose a tad. It's hard to explain how the S4 messes with your vision, and i personally didn't really mind it, but everybody is different
