Beef protein has got to be superior in every way since it contains a solid amino acid profile much closer to what your muscles are actually composed of, because you are essentially eating cow muscle in a powder. It is more expensive but more complete.
There are peptides that might actually work, but she would have to be willing to go that route and I doubt it very much or she would be here asking herself.
Just regular multivitamin and multimineral nothing else to it.
