I've heard that the gains cycles give you diminish through the years. Is that true? I know your gains will diminish in the first couple months if you don't keep your caloric intake high, but what happens in the long run?
Is the loading phase necessary cause i kind of dont want to do that. Just take a scoop a day in the morning and preworkout before hitting the gym at night.
Since I have been on cycle I have been having a really hard time sleeping more than 5-6 hours a night. Before I was getting 7-8 hours easy. Why is there such a difference and how do I get more sleep?
