Thanks for your replies everyone.
A week after starting the cardarine and going off the "ostarine", the 6 lbs of mentally traumatising (lol) water weight is gone and I look leaner than before. I'm 5 lbs up from last year this time looking much better.
Oh yeah of course. When the gyms reopen you'll see two types of people, those that got fat and those that increased their level of fitness, I'm not about to be the first.
Where do you get the 2nd month figure from? Just interested in reading more
It's funny, in 3 days I went from 106 lbs to 112 lbs. All bloat, my diet is great and so is my training. Bleck. It's horrible how they sell prohormones instead of the real thing. Whoever said that any arms marketed for bodybuilding rather than as research chemicals are probably bunk is right...
Haven't taken it for at least 6 months. Vile thing, btw. Totally messes you up. I'm convinced BC is more harmful than any shit anyone takes on this forum lol.
Yeah and I was on them for 3-4 months. The water weight was intermittent... like I would be fine for 2-3 weeks then I’d bloat up abnormally, then a week later be fine again. But this bloat took me from very lean to looking like I’d never stepped in a gym and ate my body weight in cookies. Yuk.
One thing I noticed though.
I used another source for osta on my second cycle. When it finished, I moved back to my old source from Peak Body. And the bloating/water weight is INSANE. Like 5 lbs of constant water weight which is a lot on my small frame. The last cycle I chalked it down to...
Almost finished my second cycle of osta, and will add in Cardarine for the last month or two. I improved a LOT but I now want to get very lean. Will post photo updates in 4-6 weeks because my progress has been incredible.
Reviews were good (quite a lot of people recommended them) and the effects haven't been strong enough to be steroids. I may try another source my next cycle just to compare, but given the no side effects and results I like these
Peakbody
I think they're legit because I didn't change anything aside from starting to take them, yet my muscles filled out to what they were before and I seem to have gained some more. I was really flat and soft before.
To add, I'm thinking of taking 1-2 months off and eating at maintenance before going back on osta again to cut. I'd like to cut a tiny bit more but really don't want to lose muscle esp. knowing how rapidly it disappears when I'm not taking anything.
About 3 months on Osta now. Definitely made gains and look leaner, but somehow I am 4-5 lbs heavier. I'd like to keep going for another month or so but don't know how safe it is to continue longer. I really enjoyed it, I'm kinda hoping the stuff I bought was bunk and this was all a placebo...
One of my biggest fears would be someone proposing to me after 1 or 2 years. It's so common now. Even if I really loved someone, at least wait 4 years damn.
Lol! Maybe I'll just wait to meet someone at 25+ then... only to figure out that they've all been taken off the market. In that case I'll wait till I'm in my 40s and bag a nice divorcee!
I had a terrible few years around age 13-19, and it feels like 21 has been a huge year of self-development where I'm finally starting to discover new hobbies and "myself".
There is nothing more that I'd like than someone who has a similar/compatible lifestyle to me who I can share my life...
I was on holiday looking at the palm trees and wondering why I felt so depressed. When I got back home I would just curl up and go to sleep to avoid feeling so bad, thinking I should probably see a doctor for suicidal thoughts or some bs. Next day I hit the gym and I'm back to feeling on top of...
Yes perhaps. I do feel way more motivated and like the endorphin rush has been multiplied by 10x. Maybe I just miss that too much when I don't work out.
Discovered a possible side effect about 6 weeks in. If I work out I feel great, but if I take more than a few days off, I feel terrible. Depressed, antsy, nauseous. So everything's fine unless I lift some weights (did not get this before taking osta). Strange.
