I was the other person that had issues. My finally just magically went through after 8 times trying to send it. I also figured out you can't Just attach the picture. You need to type something in message as well.
Couldn't figure out how to edit. So it was jpg file size it looks like. Sorry again for the issues. Anyways if someone wants to message me or walk me through the way to crypto way I would love to. Thanks again.

I sent my jpg file through the ticket system. But they keep asking for more pictures. I've sent 5 maybe 6 now. I even sent a picture of the entire receipt which is 3 feet long. Lol 😂 anyways just want to know what they want specifically so when I order here again next week it goes smoother. Yes...
