Finally someone that posted something useful. Yeah a test/tren/superdrol would be pretty powerful for bulking and cutting both. Imagine using EQ as a base with high tren and some superdrol that would be pretty cool stack. Simple but effective and that would produce crazy results.

I'm actually going to lean bulk guys. I'm way too small to cut. Even if i get leaner i'm still going to look like crap because i don't have the muscle mass (i'm skinny little sh*t). I'm very confused at the moment .. I'm not trolling i just don't know what to do.
I'm going to eat like 170-200 grams of protein. I'm going to eat roughly the same foods every day. Keep protein very high and keep fat low.

I start to believe that nutrition is the most important factor for gainz and fat loss. Not eating enough calories and protein was the reason that i wasn't gaining weight. Eating a lot of fat and over exceeding my maintenance was the reason i gained fat on my bulk.
