what if I drank 2 cans of coca cola before training like a preworkout sugar boost, what would be the boost level of energy I get from soda like coca cola.
a big guy at the gym is pushing me to do a cocktail of creatine and glutamine with a BCAA mix each preworkout, is this a good idea? I know the benefits of using creatine but is it REALLY a requirement on each training session or can I go without it. It's like becoming expensive too and annoying...
