When should I take the Majority of my protein? I workout about 4am in the morning. Most of the post I have read are based on evening workout. I also include a brisk walk during the evening. Should I do 2 scoops after my workout and 1 in the evening? Any suggestions?
So ive got a question. is there any other juices that i can use with my creatine to provide me with the insulin spike or is it just grapefruit juices that works. Im gettin sick of the taste of it and fancy a change?
I am interested in supplementing with BCAA's. The bottle just says to take 3 capsules daily. Should I take all at once? With food or without? Pre- or post-workout?

I suppose its possible something else caused it that I didn’t know about but im sure it seemed to be around the same time I started a cycle.
