He is retired so he can sleep all day if he was able to. He doesn't drink coffee, but he does take prescription medications for his chronic migraine . He also has a dr trying to help him with this. But the dr. has not done much to help.

My father has not been able to sleep for a few years now. Gets about three to four hours of sleep a night. Sometimes less. Has anyone found anything that helps restore sleep?
I am not looking for Nyquil or otc sleep pills.
Anyone have ideas.

Muskate is totally correct. There is a big difference between carbs. Change these and energy should even out and even increase.

I totally agree. Then what is the thinking when people run test and other cycles so high? And for a short time? Sounds like a bad idea. And hard to keep what it does change.
