    I would wait until the Deca Clears, then you can start the Tren.
    Do Tren A for less Sides, it's the Shorter Ester of Tren.
    I don't know what your Chest Training is like, but I would be looking to Change whatever you're doing.
    It's not Working, you should have gone up in your Bench in 8 Weeks of Training even Without AAS................ JP
    I've never Heard of Test E and Deca interfering with Sleep.
    Is there anything else that you've Changed Recently........................................ JP

    Are you Very Sensitive to Caffeine, if so, did you have any Later than usual.

    Or did you Switch your Workouts to PM.
    That can also mess with your Circadian Rhythm's.
    Trenbolone is more for Cutting than Bulking.
    It doesn't matter if it's Tren A or E.
    Some People will do the Tren Enanthate for Bulking because it's a Long Ester.
    But it's Really your Diet that will determine that.

    Do you Understand the Difference between Tren E and Tren A ?
    Any Hormone with the Enanthate Ester Attached to it, is a Long Ester, meaning it takes the Body Longer to Process it.
    Any Hormone with the Acetate Ester Attached to it, is a Short Ester, Clearing the Body Quicker.

    The Half-Life of the Esters is as Follows
    Enanthate is roughly 8 Days.
    Acetate is roughly 2 Days............................ JP

    The Shorter Ester Tren Acetate ?
    Yes, 100 Mg EOD is a Good Starting Point.
    It has Less Sides then the Longer Ester Tren Enanthate................................... JP

    Same thing with the Test though, Lower it, so the Tren can shine.
    If you go with the Long Ester Tren Enanthate.
    Then I would Start at 300 Mg a Week to Assess your Tolerance.
    If after 10 Days or 2 Weeks you're doing OK, you could go up............................ JP

    Again, I would Drop Down on the Test.
    Sorry I haven't gotten back to you sooner, I was Offline since Thanksgiving.

    To see Results on Deca, it usually takes about 4 Weeks.
    But you should be noticing something with the Test.
    I would hold off on the Tren until Week 8 to make sure your getting the most from the Deca.

    Also, and more Importantly.
    Deca & Tren are both 19-Nors, so both have Prolactin Sides ~ Lactating Nipples/Loss of Libido.
    You really don't want to be doing both at the same time............................ JP
    I know of a couple places, but they're Overseas, and would take about 10 Days.
    European Pharmaceuticals has Pharma-Grade Aromasin.

    If your Cholesterol #'s are under 200 Total, then you could use the Arimidex from Roidsource.
    If they are above it, I would get the Aromasin, because the Adex can adversely effect your Cholesterol................ JP
    Your Choice for an AI is Arimidex or Aromasin.
    I would go with the Aromasin for a couple reasons.
    1 it wont interfere with your Cholesterol, Arimidex can Reduce your HDL and raise LDL & Triglycerides.
    Also, it's the only 1 you can take during PCT if needed.

    So go with the Aromasin at 12.5 mg Every 3 days............................. JP
    I'm trying to make sense of your Test #'s.
    Do you have any Idea what your Total Test was before you ever did AAS.

    The #'s are either Elevated Slightly, or could be Normal for you.................. JP

    My normal Total Test is around 924 Ng/Dl, which is Considered High for a Man my Age, that is not on TRT.

    Before Cycle for Baseline
    Mid-Cycle to check quality of Gear, and make sure there are no Problems.
    Post Cycle to make sure you either back at or returning to Baseline.
    OK, my 1st Question is how much time Elapsed between your Last Injection and the Blood Work.
    I'm trying to figure if your Test Reading is at the Peak or Trough.
    As far as the LH & FSH, it just means that your Test Production is Shut Down, which is Normal on Cycle.
    You need to give me the Numbers on the RBC & Hematocrit.
    Are you Getting any Bruising or Nose Bleeds, that's how you know if it's Too High.

    There's a couple things that you can do to Lower your RBC & Hematocrit.
    Taking 1 Baby Aspirin a Day for a Few Weeks.
    Also Drinking Tart Red Cherry Juice or Tart Cherry Juice Concentrate, will also lower them........... JP

    I drink the Concentrate when on Cycle, cause it also Helps me with my Osteo Arthritis.
    You should Always do some Cardio, it's good for Overall Fitness, and will Help you Lift Heavier Weights, by Virtue of the Fact that you're Breathing more Efficiently. You will be able to take in Deeper Breathes, and get rid of Larger Quantities of CO2.............. JP
    P.S.
    I will do Tabata's when I just want to get in some quick Cardio.
    They're Very Intense, and Very Quick, can be done Before or After Lifting.
    Tabata's only take 4 Minutes, then Add 5 min Warm up and 5 min Cool down.
    Sorry, I just saw this, sometimes these don't show up.
    OK, if you are trying to put on some Weight, you only need about a 500 Calorie Surplus, unless you're doing a lot of Cardio.
    And you shouldn't be doing a lot of Cardio, if you're trying to Bulk.
    Just try and keep your Calories Clean, if after 10 days to 2 Weeks, you're not seeing any Increase in Weight, then up your Calories by another 500.
    You don't want to do it all at once, just Incremental Increase, and keep a Log........................... JP

    Logs are Vital, it will Enable you to look and see what exactly you've done and when.
    It all depends on what you're Trying to Accomplish.

    This is what you do to Start a New Thread for Intros.

    Make sure that you Fast before the Test, if you do it 1st thing in the AM, then don't eat Breakfast.
    If you can't do it till later in the Day, You want about 12 Hours Fasting.
    Yes, If you haven't been getting the Results that I was talking about.
    I would Stop, and do a PCT.
    Also, if Possible, you should get a Hormone Panel done, to see Total and Free Test.
    And all the Other Markers.
    The Female Hormone Panel at Privatemdlabs.com, it's only about $62, sometimes you can get a Coupon for extra money off.
    I always get Blood Work done
    Pre-Cycle to get a Baseline, and make sure there are no Problems
    Mid-Cycle to make sure the Gear is Good, and you are fine.
    Post-Cycle to make sure there are no Problems, and Parameters are headed back to Baseline.................... JP
    That's Really up to you, as to whether or not you stop your Cycle.
    How far along are you on this Cycle ?
    One thought is that you could always Mini-PCT, and then start again when the New Gear comes.................. JP
