Not trying to offend anybody, but I've tried OL cardar1ne and I didn't get any endurance difference. I do crossfit, swim, soccer and currently Trainning for a triathlon. The only thing I've tried that has worked for me is ephadrine.

Thanks!!! I ran a cycle of GW and I didn't even feel any difference at all, nothing a good pre workout wouldn't do. I figured that since we do a lot of cardio already you can't really tell the difference
