If your appetite is larger on hella, you likely won't want to go on IF; that 16 hour fasting window is very difficult to get used to at first. Took me at least 2 weeks before I got over feeling miserable from missing my morning meals and not starting til Noon.
That specific name isn't ringing a bell to me. Was it flavored or no? I know we had 2 different creatine powdered products for a while, but they were only limited runs.

lol I agree with both assessments. I've been rocking 2 scoops of Grape as my pre of choice, lately, and I feel the same way.
If you ever have something lemonade flavored that you take pre or intra, try mixing it with the grape -- tastes so good.
