I like to train calves often with high reps -3 times a week or eod with 15-30 reps, full range of motion with squeeze at the top , I ve also seen some improvement while doing HIIT with jump rope.
I like to mix oats , eggwhites and chicken breast ham. I put it in pan and make "pancake" from it. I usually season it with oregano , salt and black pepper and bit of some low calorie chilli sauce on top.
I did my first cycle after 6 years of training when I turned 20. It was 8 weeks of test prop and masteron prop at 100 mg eod. I do not regret it , I recovered fine from that cycle. I did not have any issues and my bloodwork was good.
I have never seen somebody get bloated from anavar, also what are you trying to acomplish with 10 mg of var a day ? Did you change your diet recently , because that is most probably the reason for bloating.
I thought you are considering taking winny as a replacement for masteron , if you take both winny and mast together there is imo no need for proviron. Sorry , my bad, my english is not on point :D.... Yep tren , test, mast, and winny will make great cutting cycle.
Start as low as you can. 100 mg eod is great for a first tren cycle. You can always go higher with tren later, Imo masteron should be dosed higher than 400mg a week. For me 600-800 mgs a week with masteron E.
