If I don’t eat nothing really happens. If you power down the food you will grow. Got me at least 1,000 cal over maintenance. The more you eat the more you gain. Simple end of story. Assuming training and sleep are on point.

First time taking it. I would say around 2 weeks it was noticeable. Strength gains are legit !

First time ZPHC using their Tbol (50mg daily). 23 days in and I feel great. Look solid and strength is definitely up. Ordered from Domestic Supply and received product 3 days later ! No doubt it’s legit and working with great service.
