  • First cycle I ran 500mg a week
    Current I told you earlier. 600 test e a week, 500 deca a week. Then add test prop and winny.
    Yea my first cycle did nothing for me. My current cycle kinda does something. I guess I should get my gear from a different source?
    I'd say my strength is the same as before the cycle started for every part. That happened on my first cycle too (back in feb 2014: ran test e 500mg a week).
    I have another question. This is regarding my bulking cycle. Tbh I don't see any improvement on chest and shoulders. I see improvement on back legs and arms. Is it because of gene? Or bc my BF is high?
    So I'm thinking about cutting after this cycle (after PCT and 16 weeks off) what would you recommend? I'm bulking righr now and I'm not impressed w deca and test e. Hopefully test prop and winny would do something.
    Hi, I'm currently on 2nd cycle. Run test e 600mg/week, deca 500mg/week from week 1-8, from 8 - 16 I wanna add test prop 100mg ED and winny 50mg ED plus test e and deca like week 1-8. I'm on week 7. If I wanna add tren ace, what do you recommend for dosage and should I lower test e and prop? Thanks a lot.

    I am trying to create a good routine that will really help me make some noticeable differences. I do equal parts upper body, abs and legs. I really want to hit my abs, but where I've been seeing the results is in my upper arms. Don't get me wrong, I Love seeing my my muscles in my arms showing off, but how do I really get my abs without doing crunches all freaking day long? Any thoughts?
