Could be the real flu...I've never heard of anyone getting testflu in the middle of cycle, usually it's in the beginning.
Best thing you could do is rest, keep getting fluids, eating and maybe some OTC Flu medicine to help mask the sides
Who makes the M1T? 6 weeks is a little to long on M1T. 4 weeks is enough, you should definitely be gaining size and strength within 2 weeks of use.
