    So with me my goal is to develop rotational power. Is body fat % something I need to watch with trying to gain weight? My diet consists of about 5-6 cups of white rice per day; 1 cup of oatmeal, whey protein, dates, peanut butter, flax seed; 12 to 16 ounces of beef/chicken/salmon; kale and berries.

    so i just found out the omron machine i use is said to read pretty high. One guy that uses calipers said the calipers tested him out to be 5% body fat.When he used the handheld omron it said 10%.

    I'm just wondering if you're supposed to push off the ground like you would in a squat. Me lifting "lighter" weight but doing it wrong doesn't accomplish anything. You can lift heavy ass weight and still be fine because you do it correctly.

    Is inhaling to fill your stomach with as much air as possible and holding onto it when completing 1 rep with a deadlift a safe thing to do? Because that is what I did when I felt the pop.

    Definitely inspiring considering I can walk with not much pain and you made it back from walking with pain to training after 3 months. What exercises/stretches would you say helped with rehab the most? Thank you.
