So with me my goal is to develop rotational power. Is body fat % something I need to watch with trying to gain weight? My diet consists of about 5-6 cups of white rice per day; 1 cup of oatmeal, whey protein, dates, peanut butter, flax seed; 12 to 16 ounces of beef/chicken/salmon; kale and berries.
so i just found out the omron machine i use is said to read pretty high. One guy that uses calipers said the calipers tested him out to be 5% body fat. When he used the handheld omron it said 10%.
I dont understand when I try to bulk, no matter how clean I eat my body fat goes through the roof, even at 155 pounds. It's at 19%. I know I was at a younger age but I pulled 420 at 142 pounds while playing baseball collegiately at 22 years old. I've only come close to that once since then and...
15% body fat, ive been doing a shit ton of reverse hypers and box squats. Ive worked up to 1 rm 430 banded box squat, 150 band tension. I can touch my toes with no pain.

27 & thinking abt doing steroids for the first time/good update on my shoulder issues
Hey guys. I'm 27 now. I just experienced a pretty bad back injury about 6 weeks ago. I snapped my back in lower lumbar area doing deadlifts. This is the third time this has happened in the last eight years...
Definitely at least a herniated disc or two... I got down to one knee after i heard the pop... then a sensation of pain came over me 10 seconds in and i started seeing stars and thought i was going to pass out, luckily i had some water close by. I had trouble jogging for several weeks after. Did...
12 months ago I was maxing out on deadlifts when I felt a pop in my lower lumbar spine on my second rep. The first rep was easy. I lifted the weight off the ground maybe one inch when I felt and heard a pop in my lower lumbar spine.
I've heard when done correctly, deadlifts is the absolute...
I'm just wondering if you're supposed to push off the ground like you would in a squat. Me lifting "lighter" weight but doing it wrong doesn't accomplish anything. You can lift heavy ass weight and still be fine because you do it correctly.
Do I drive my feet into the ground similar to a squat or am I pulling the weight off the floor? I am really confused I've heard people say you want to drive your feet into the ground first and then pull after... I've snapped by back about a year ago just trying to keep my butt high and pulling...
You hear guys having to go on Testosterone Replacement Therapy because of abusing steroids. I know Nutrobal is a growth hormone however can abusing it affect how the body naturally produces gh? Is this something that can potentially be harmful over time? After going off of it for a long period...
What is this world coming to? It used to be I could just order one order of nutrobal. Now I have to spend $600 at one time?
Do you guys know of any other sources besides Sarms1 to get nutrobal?
Looking to restock on nutrobal for the first time in a long time. The code I used to use before does not work anymore. Can anyone hook a brother up with a code?
Also, the last time I used sarms1 nutrobal it was liquid. Does anyone notice anything different with pill form?
Thanks guys!
Still waiting to see doc... I was jogging up a hill two days ago, 10 days after I felt the pop during deadlifts, and 30 seconds into the jog I pushed it into a light sprint and I immediately felt a "smush" at exact area where I felt pop in lower back. Lower, right side of spine tightened up...
Is inhaling to fill your stomach with as much air as possible and holding onto it when completing 1 rep with a deadlift a safe thing to do?
Because that is what I did when I felt the pop.
Definitely inspiring considering I can walk with not much pain and you made it back from walking with pain to training after 3 months.
What exercises/stretches would you say helped with rehab the most?
Thank you.
