I have Swole V.3. It says on the container to take it with water, twice a day, 8-12 hours apart with food. Should I take this pre-or post workout? Also, should I ignore the instructions and take it with grape juice instead?

How long after using cardarine do you notice an improvement in conditioning ? If i only had 4 weeks worth of cardarine will I be able to get an advantage while using it in competition ?
I am turning 22 next week and was thinking about trying a cycle of SARMS. I would be looking to add as much strength and mass as possible. What would be a good stack to accomplish that? I know Cardarine is more for fat loss and endurance I dont think I would need that.
