Alright I tried it again and got it work the first digit is a lowercase L and the last digit was the number 1, they look really close.

Hi guys got my order of Testocyp and Nandro fast. These are my first AP products, the Nandro checked out on their authentication page but I could not get the Testocyp to work is this normal? I've provided an image, I've tried 0,O,Q for the third digit of the code and none of them work.
