it really is, time is money for me and i have done everythig under the sun, I used to run 10 milea a day when I was in the Marines and destroyed my knees and lean muscle mass - you can do HIIT in any way, I do elliptical 30s at 20 resistance as fast as possible then 30 at 5 reaistance jogging...
im so lost as to why people ever do so much cardio... are you trying to be a triathlete or bodybuilding or losing fat? I can tell you 100% from experience that 5 minutes of HIIT with a 5 min warm up and cd I call it 5x5x5 HIIT (named personally lol) burns as much if not more calories and doesnt...
got some crazy results in the first 5 days, diet and excercise the same, down 4lbs in 3 days, have time today rest day to write initial log (book)
