Mid morning:
80g oats
100ml milk
Banana
Lunch:
250g chicken breast
2.5 bacon rashers
125g rice
1/3 tin sweetcorn
BBQ sauce
Pre workout:
Peanut butter sandwich
Caffeine tablets

I don’t want to get ahead of myself, but I also appreciate that I’ve entered the PED game anyway and want to make sure I progress properly
