I wanted to ask what you guys thought about GW sarms? I absolutely hate cardio with a passion but my trainer said i need to do 45 minutes a day or I won't reach my potential. does GW help get you motivated to do cardio and help with endurance? that would be awesome, my coach says it is bullshit.
