Jus picked up a couple bottles of test suspension (water based) from a very reputable source, using a 25G was impossible for me, a 22G is still super tough, acts like it doesn't Wana go thru the pin and then all of a sudden BAM the whole ML is in! Can definitely feel it work but shit this stuff...
I do weights and lots of cardio. Seem to get worn out pretty quickly and was wondering if there was anything supplement wise to help with the effects of over training?

What would be a go to supplement for really good hydration to prevent muscle cramping? I sweat excessively when I work out and sometimes I suffer from muscle cramping when at home especially my abs.
Does DGA have any joint protection stuff or can Organ St cover those ingredients as well I am not sure what ingredients are needed to alleviate painful joints but I see alot of people saying how effective this supplement is. I dont want to be taking 20 pills a day if possible.
