Started using IsoFlex before my training but I'm not getting the pumps I wanted, even added agmatine, going kind of slow not jumping in, what can I add to boost preworkout performance?
I was reading caffeine has a 5 hour half life, does food consumption cause problems with the half life? thinking if I take my caffeine pills or drink coffee with meal then it's digested faster maybe? because acids in stomach go up, makes sense?
