OK so today i unfortunately let myself down at lunch because i didn't manage my time correctly and had a cheat meal.
But on the plus side im still confident i can get under my 2500 calorie limit if i adjust dinner accordingly.

Hey kings i know did update yesterday not much went on cos i had a rest day but still got my fasted cardio done, about to go hit the pool and do some more fasted cardio.
Dont know wasnt tacking them, would have been hella high though mostly from beer, like i said before during the holidays my focus and discipline went right out the window.

No i have trouble getting to sleep at the best of times, midnight to 10 am is sort of a rough estimate, im in bed most night around 10 pm but i don't fall asleep for an hour or two.
