High pulley cable cross over 4 sets of 20 reps with 23lbs...
This is todays workout , as usual the 1 minute between sets is spent doing cardio and I ended the session with 10 minutes of stair master and 20 min of treadmill.
I get a salad similar to this every day, I take the athletic greens as more of a natural vitamin supplement. Not much biryani left so I substitute it with a bit of white rice with the remaineder of the chicken tika masala
