BPC and the benefits of injecting it into my elbows

I’m dealing with some issues with my elbows and I like your advice. My elbows really hurt especially when I’m doing bicep exercises. What are your suggestions for a dose of BPC? Should I go with 150 mcg a day or should I do 250 mcg a day?
