That's what I meant by "summer heat/chores" is exposure to sun. I was actually thinking about this today as I mowed too actually and my lower back where it's worst isn't even getting any sun when I mow rather just sitting in sweat against the back of seat. But yes I agree with you 100%
Oh and just full disclosure, it's not really a true pendulum squat, its the dynabody pro squat machine and when I use the slanted part I just track it in log book as "pendulum" and "squat machine" if I use the flat part of platform. Can't really see the slant here but you catch my drift
