Hey SJ, Sorry for being MIA for the past 3 weeks. We spent 3 horrible weeks in the ICU because my daughter had a pneumonia that progressed to a very situation situation. She ended up with 2 chest tubes, a breathing tube, and about 10 IV's pumping all kinds of stuff.

I made Matt do the same weights as me today. He's only a few lbs behind anyway. We could have probably lessened the jump from 385 to 405 but we were out of time and wanted to get in a fail.
As a side note, I started back on the DAA Monday. I'll run 8 days straight and then take a couple off...

Little Catch up

Today was a complete clustered up mess. I lost focus on my second set of 5 and then couldn't get back. I hate the way the belt rides on my back and ribs and, as you will see in the videos, it f's up my lifts. I almost just went without it but decided to stick it out...
Yesterday we hit some Squats. We were working on doing them with comands but we suck at it so turn down your sound. haha We'll be working on Deads on Friday so that should be pretty cool to work with the belt.
