Whats your bench, squat, and deadlift? That will tell us if you actually have muscle. 5 and a half feet at 175, you shouldn't look small unless your body fat really isn't 10 percent.
Depends on diet and training, if you increase your calories a lot, you're going to gain more fat than only upping calorie intake a little bit. Water retention has to do with estrogen levels and what AAS you are running. There is no clear cut rule, totally dependent on the person and their cycle.
Whats your daily calorie intake on and off cycle? Your metabolic rate increases on AAS, you might just not be used to eating less when compared to running gear
If your going to be ignorant and not take others advice about not using AAS and disregarding the damage it could do, at least lower your test dose to 500mg a week. You will still get plenty of growth at that level. I think your looking for an instant overnight muscular body and even with AAS...
You could cut out a few more calories, 1700 calories a day would be better. Just make sure you get your protein intake, and make broccoli your friend and fill up on that.
