I appreciate the insight on that. As far as cooking meets I'm doing them on the grill. I grill my meats year round regardless of the season. I'll give that 2pm start a try starting up tomorrow and see how things rotate through. I'm going based off previous coaches plan from last year.

So I haven't been dropping weight at all. I've been busting my back for the last 6 weeks and maybe .5 change in pounds. This is the heaviest I've been in 12 years. No clue why, I had blood work done and it shows no issues, I first thought maybe my prior t3 use caused...
I'm right there with ya...the wife is an RN, and I work with the public daily as well. There isn't a ton of worry outside of not properly washing your hands after using the stuff. The joke also is, if you trained at this gym for any length of time you're immune to 90% of whatever is out there haha.
I have like zero joint issues though? That was always a tell tale sign of me having estrogen too low.
Well if so, what do you guys recommend in all seriousness.

I ran a test c for 14 weeks. I got off of it and was off for 8? Weeks I believe and I used nolva, and A.Ifor PCT and everything worked fine.
Fast forward to week 8-9 after cycle and for whatever god forsaken reason I pin 100mg of test prop I had left over. I was feeling meh...
True, I don’t feel as if I’m massively fat. In roughly how I was last time and had great results. I’m going to up my caber dosage in frequency as well as start taking Ashwagandha for cortisol control (although it’s said tren does help with that already).

So far my diet has been spot on. The one downside is ever since ace I’ve bloated up like a balloon. I used caber twice so far once every three days as well as aromasin. Anyone else had this sort of effects?

Small update, I feel great....My body is responding well. In about 2 weeks I switch from my base diet to my full cut diet. Weight went up from 234 to 242 but....I feel much better and clothes still fit the same. I haven’t eaten 200 grams of carbs in quite some time.

Small update, started on the diet Sunday....roughly 2770 cals 390 pro/198 carb/67 fat. It’s a lot of food compared to what I was doing, but I feel as if I was under feeding my body prior.
