Just really depends on how cool you are with your doctor and how cool your doctor is. I would just be open and honest like you plan, and tell him you want this to be physician controlled and monitored.
He doesn't have to write you a script if he doesn't want to, but I don't see this coming...

Honestly I do not feel a difference between lifting at 5am or 8pm. It's all in your head for the most part
There are actually some great youtube videos out there as well. I watched a video for about 5 minutes and then did my own with no hesitation. Super easy!
interesting....wouldn't mind seeing more about this going forward.
and on a side note the Myostatin Inhibitors were also cancelled because they were just too damned expensive
