I'm new in here and in the world of supplements. I started my running training has two months, but I can't run more than 4 minutes straight. Has any sup to help my endurance? I'm brazilian, so understand that I speak english more or less.

I was going to run a tren with eq or propionate cycle for about 6-8 weeks.. I was wondering if this would do me very well though:
TREn 75mg eod
Prop 100 mg eod
or just run the tren with equipoise at 400mg per wk?
if there is anything better to just get about ten to fifteen pounds of solid mass...
As the title reads I was wondering if people could survive eating absolute crap and take vitamins and minerals and still live a long life? What do you guys reckon?
I keep cramping turning my body around to shoot in my glute my whole Lat just cramps up and its proper annoying. What can I do to relieve these lat cramps. I am hydrated and eating properly!
14 weeks out and am looking for a good diuretic. Just wondering what has worked well for you guys and what hasn't? I know Lasix and Aldactone are up there. Any other suggestions? Thanks!
Has anyone had experience with this? I pinned two days ago and the site is very swollen and red and painful to touch or put any pressure on. It will be almost 3 days with no difference. Should I apply anti bacterial cream to the site?
If I am able to eat a rich diet in organic nutrients and can facilitate a super healthy diet does supplementing even become needed? Is it possible to be not be deficient in certain vitamins and minerals just buy eating all the right food ?
