I only took a few weeks off completely… but since July it’s been cardio only for the first 12 weeks. Now I go 5 days a week Cardio every day for 30-45 min plus mobility work to keep from loosing my flexibility and sanity. Monday, Wednesday and Friday. I do leg machines(smith / leg ext-curl/...
I hear ya. I’m a patient person and am soo good about taking care of my body and knowing limits. This has tested all of those characteristics and then some many times over !;).

The headspace is the worst. I’m really positive , and optimistic. I’ve usually got my ego checked and my drive under control. But damn … I am ready to go again .. this in limbo shit is for the birds.
