Ok.....full disclosure....I was seeing if anyone on here recognized me.....my REAL stats are 44 (gulp)..... well my height etc was right.....
So actuallly been working out seriously about 3 years....
I pin quads and delts.....hgh use a slin pin and pin my abs
I was just messing with you guys I am not going to compete.....too old and too busy....I always loved those guys that did those intros so I copied them
So back at it today. One thing I need to be honest about and that is that I am pretty lazy. Well, I work 12 hours a day so maybe more tired than lazy......anyway it was leg/shoulder day!
Squats: 4 sets 10
Sitting calf raises: 3 sets 10
Standing overhead presses:
3 sets 10
1 set 20
Sitting...
Actually he was in good shape to start with. See cabin in the woods BEFORE his role as Thor. Guy is young and dedicated months working out. Genetics beat gear every day of the week
So diet? Yeah I aspire to have one. So what do I eat ? Here is today-yeah it is bad:
1st bfast: 3 eggs, 2 egg whites
2nd bfast: 2 eggs, chicken fried steak, 2 biscuits w/ jelly
snack bannana
snack protein shake
1/2 lb beef, veggies
snack bannana
Dinner: chicken breast and rice
cereal...
Ok-today it was arm day! I did the following:
Straight arm curls: 4 sets 10
Tricep push downs: 4 sets 10
Preacher curl drop sets: 5 sets starting at 125lbs and dropping 20lbs at a time
Skull crushers: 4 sets 10
One are tricep push downs: 4 sets 20
Hammer curls: 4 sets 10
So yesterday I went to the gym (like most days) and did chest workout. Keep in mind this is 1st day of this cycle. I did the flowing:
Incline bench press:
1 set 20 reps
2 sets 8 reps
1 set 5 reps
Flat bench dumbbell:
4 sets of 8
Dips: 50
Cable cross overs: 4 sets 8
Incline hammer press...
