I just started taking Krill Oil and it is giving me a lot of gas. I tried keeping them in the freezer but that does not seem to have any effect. Does anyone have any suggestions of what you can do to lessen the effects?

Is there any supplements that help with dehydration? I drink a lot of water but still always feel dehydrated. When I wake up in the morning I always feel like I've been drinking the night before, I feel like crap until I get at least a pint of water in me. Any help would be appreciated...
Im planning on incorporating an intra into my supp regimen this coming month, most likely it will be xtend. I usually train for about 2 hrs and drink between half and 3/4 gallon of water over the time. I was curious how much of this would be safe/effective to replace with xtend.

Many people here are already whey/casein users as they provide the quick recovery and slow/negligible breakdown of muscles. However, is soy important as well? I'm thinking whether i should add soy into my diet. Any thoughts, would you promote this product?

Does anyone put orals at the end of a cycle instead of at the beginning? I'm thinking about throwing some winny in at the end of a test e cycle to get a hardening effect.
