    Dress Shirts - what do you do about them?

    Regular fit dress shirts are the worst..fitted ones from Macy's or even JC Penny have fit me pretty well. It seems like having a big back make a longer sleeve length a necessity.

    Thanks for the replies guys. I do a full dynamic warmup and foam roll before I lift. I have been very lucky injury wise but stuff happens I guess. I appreciate all the concern tho, you are good guys. It feels a lot better today, but I was super freaked yesterday haha
