Choline and Inositol is a good liver support, and is supposed to help with fatty liver etc. It's just a B vitamin derivative and available cheaply at your local vitamin shop.
Thanks for the guidance and kind words.
I've got a couple more questions that dawned on me in planning this. I've never done this kind of cutting before, I'm used to bulking and trying to get as strong as possible, not this.
My question is should I adjust my macros based on any weight loss...
Oh yeah, whole foods are where it's at. I also work at home so meal prep is a breeze. I was looking at utilizing S4 and GW in the cutting stack but is it a better idea to just start with GW until I get back into better shape?
I have no excuse not too. Thanks man!
I am excited about starting...
What's up Bros,
I'm a reformed Crossfitter and after a year off of from injury I got the okay from my Dr. to start lifting again. I gained an unholy amount of weight and need to lose it to get healthy.

Is there anything else anyone would recommend?
Thanks!
I've never tried something like this before so some of these questions will seem dumb. I do agree with you on the on the green veggies.
Thanks for the heads up

This is my first foray into this world. I have literally 0 idea what that means. Pardon my ignorance. He did put me on an estrogen blocker but once again. I don't know enough to question him. I am here to learn as much as I can. I don't want issues down the road or gyno etc. But its hard to...
No he told me about the commitment. His rationale about putting me on HCG as opposed to Test was simply my age. He told me that at 30 years old it's not a good idea if I want to have kids later on. I don't know if I want too or not honestly, but he was open with me about this process.
