did some Saturday, back is jacked up like crazy, maybe i did it wrong

No. I tried making a set up like a belt squat. But it does do the job
 
started the supps process, not 100% yet, too early, but will increase and try to grow quality into the stage

slin 5-10 3-5x per week depending on bodypart and feel

sat legs

appetite has been down for a couple months now
could easily skip meals evryday, but hoping with more mental focus, esp when clen and t3 get added, i.ll be hungry all the time again
